Enjoying healthy, nutritious food is an essential element of the Somersault Bootcamp at Belvoir. Meals are made with fresh, local produce and are specifically designed to ensure that you have all the energy you need for the heightened levels of physical activities.

We cater for special dietary requirements, although, sadly, despite many people giving it a good try, a ‘chocolate only please diet’ is not something we’ve heard of!

Three healthy meals a day, supplemented by energy boosting snacks will fuel you through the entire Somersault Bootcamp at Belvoir experience.

We also offer a wide selection of herbal teas and freshly ground coffee to enjoy in the guest’s lounge or in your room.

Sample Menu

  • Fresh fruit salad, poached eggs, health crunch muesli and yoghurt selection.
  • Chicken, rocket and avocado salad.
  • Salmon fillets with steamed asparagus and thai-style dressing.
