What’s Included?
Our Transformation Bootcamps focus on long-term, sustainable weight-loss.
During the course of 4, 8 or 12 months, you’ll participate in a combination of tailor-made face-to-face and at-home activities that will enable you to lose weight and inches and keep them off!
You’ll kick start your program with a fitness bootcamp experience where Somersault’s qualified fitness instructors will guide you through a fat-burning exercise regime that targets inch loss and a reduction in that number on the scales. Coupled with delicious healthy meal plans, ongoing nutrition advice, weekly food diary review and 1:1 and group lifestyle coaching this program is a holistic approach to your life-long health, fitness and well-being goals.
Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy regular bootcamps, ongoing support, 1:1 coaching and nutrition advice as we work with you to achieve the results you want.
On your kick-start bootcamp, you’ll receive a tailor-made at home exercise program to take away. Your personal training team will guide you through each of the exercises and stretching routines to ensure that you have correct form and that you’re exercising to the optimum level to achieve the results you want.
Each week, our qualified nutritionist will review your food diary and provide 1:1 feedback regarding any changes that you could make. You’ll also participate in a weekly group webinar call where our inspiring coaches will work with you to maintain focus and action.

Booking Dates
Places on our Transformation Bootcamps are strictly limited for optimum impact and results.
One of our instructors will call you to confirm the dates you’d prefer to attend for your kick-off week bootcamp and follow-up weekend and day bootcamps. Naturally, you don’t need to book all of your dates at once, we’re flexible and happy to reserve a place for you for later confirmation.
